Sire:  Braying Pines B.J.'s ZZ Top, 32" Black, No Cross
Grand Sire:  Braying Pines Applejack's Allegre, 30.5" Gray-Dun
Grand Dam:  Braying Pine's Jenna, 30.75" Gray & White Spotted

Dam:  Merry-Go-Round's Shady Lady, 33.5" Gray, NLP
Grand Sire:  Double D Aces High, 32" Black w/Cross
      Grand Dam:  Merry-Go Round's Miss Addie, 34" Gray-Dun

Star is the last foal for the '06 season and what a "star" she is. Her dam, Shady, is one of three of the DD Aces High daughters I have. Star has a extensive black pedigree that also includes the ivory gene. She is a rich black with no cross and that cute little star on her forehead. She looks like she will have good bone, and she is very correct. What a great way to end a foaling season!

Grand Sire:  Double D Aces High, 32" Black w/Cross
      Grand Dam:  Merry-Go Round's Miss Addie, 34" Gray-Dun

Here is the full sister to Who's Your Daddy. She is a rich black with no cross or stripe, and a very outgoing personality. She has good conformation, a pretty head and will probably have good bone. She has a very extended black pedigree and will be an asset to any breeding program.

Grand Dam:  Braying Pine's Jenna, 30.75" Gray & White Spotted

Dam:  Merry-Go-Round's Shimmer, 32" Black/Brown, No Cross
Grand Sire:  Double D Aces High, 32" Black w/Cross
Grand Dam:  Merry-Go Round's Sootie, 33.5" Black, No Cross

Sparkle is as cute as a button, with a shiney black/brown coat and no visible cross or stripe. She is small, both parents are 32, but she will mature smaller. She has a pretty head, good conformation, and I believe will have substantial bone. Her dam, Shimmer, has a broad chest, and her sire, ZZ Top, has heavy bone. She has impressive black genetics, although she herself is not the blackest I have produced. She will certainly be capable of producing foals with rich color.

Dam:  Lyons Brothers Morning Glory, 33" Brown & White Spot
Grand Sire:  Shadow Lake Zakaria, 34.5" Spotted
Grand Dam:  Lyon's Brothers Little Lottie, 32.5" Gray-Dun

Bee is an absolute jewel. She is small, very correct with good bone, and she has nice big ears. Her dam, Glory, is 33" and her sire, ZZ, is 32". I believe she will mature around 31-32 inches. She carries the black and spot genes. She has a very sweet nature like her dam and is a real eye catcher.

Drop is a very nice black jack, but I feel he will be too tall for a breeding jack, so he will be offered as a gelding next spring. His half sister is Merry-Go-Round's Sillhouette, now owned by The Elms Farm in Mason, Ohio.

Gone to a new home!

Grand Sire:  Double D Aces High, 32" Black w/Cross
Grand Dam:  Merry-Go-Round's Sootie, 33.5" Black, No Cross

Dam:  Merry-Go-Round's Theodora, 34.5" Brown
Grand Sire:  LCR Valintino 75 (aka Red Baron), 34" Dark Red
      Grand Dam:  Merry-Go-Round's Lupe, 34" Gray-Dun

Harmony got her name from the harmony produced by her sire, Carbon Black, and her dam, Theodora. She is a lovely mix of colors. Her dam, Theodora, is sorrel base, with Red Baron as her sire. Bred to Mr. Perlino Theodora produced a black foal, Merry-Go-Round's Porsha. This little gal can go to either black or sorrel, and should give an impressive foal.

Grand Sire:  L.U.A. Mr. Tee, 33.25" Black, No Cross
      Grand Dam:  Merry-Go Round's Dunkin, 34" Gray-Dun, NLP

Mirage is the FULL sister to Girlfriend, who sold at the 2006 Great American Miniature Donkey Sale. Her dam, Miss Addie, is the FULL sister to both Sootie, and Mr Perlino. Mirage has good conformation and presence. She also has nice big ears. She is full of personality. She is a deep, rich black and I expect her to mature at about 34" like her mom.

Nice black jennet out of one of my best black jennets. Sootie consistently gives me wonderful foals. And Sootie and ZZ together gave me this little wonder.

Grand Dam:  Merry-Go-Round's Sootie, 33.5" Black, No Cross

Dam:  Merry-Go-Round's Talleulah, 34.5" Red
Grand Sire:  Sunset Acres Rustico, 33" Red
Grand Dam:  Merry-Go-Round's Theodora, 34.5" Brown

Candy is the result of crossing sorrel and black. Her dam, Talleuah, is a dark sorrel with an extensive sorrel pedigree and her sire, Carbon Black, has an extensive black pedigree. Candy is a pretty sorrel/bay/brown. She is small and correct. She has nice conformation and will have medium bone. She can be taken back to both sorrel or black and produce a spectacular foal. She is an eye catcher.

Grand Sire:  L.U.A. Mr. Tee, 33.25" Black
Grand Dam:  Merry-Go-Round's Leora, 34" Dark Brown

Glitter is a very correct, balanced jennet with a beautiful head, and even as a weanling stands out in the herd. She is very elegant in her stance. Whenever anyone asks me about a possible show donkey, all I have to do is take them to her. You can't miss that presence she has. Her dam, Esra, has a nice head and large eye, and her sire, Carbon Black, has a gorgeous head. She has the black pedigree and the color to match.

Grand Sire:  Merry-Go-Round's Soul Man, 36" Black
Grand Dam:  Merry-Go Round's Sassafras, 33" Dark Brown

Tux is the full brother to Black Olive. He is a very nice young man with a rich black color. I feel he will be too big to keep as a jack so he will be offered as a gelding next spring.
